After placing your order, a designer will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your project details.
Upon completion, a custom digital file will be delivered to you via email.
Please allow the designer 3-4 business days to consult with you regarding your project, complete your design & edit any revisions you may request.

Additional design elements are any elements the designer must purchase in order to complete the project (i.e clipart, stock images, fonts... etc).
These purchases will be reviewed and approved by the client before they are added to the final invoice.
The prices quoted are for the DESIGN ONLY.
Printing is outsourced, additional charges will apply in the form of printing cost, shipping and sales taxes from the printer.
Printing costs are determined by the quantity, style, quality and additional add ons you request to enhance your prints.
Have all script for your project prepared prior to the start of design.
Please proofread, spell check and grammar check all script to be used in your project prior to sending it to the designer.
Design fees are non refundable, if you’re not satisfied we will continue to work with you until you’re 100% satisfied.
If there is a problem with the printing or shipping of your product we will do my best to advocate on your behalf for compensation.
Please keep in mind that compensation is not always guaranteed.
