The prices quoted are for the DESIGN ONLY.

Digital files will be delivered via email.

Printing is outsourced, additional charges will apply in the form of printing cost, shipping and sales taxes from the printer.

Printing costs are determined by the quantity, style, quality and additional add ons you request to enhance your prints.
Additional design elements are any elements the designer must purchase in order to complete the project (i.e clipart, stock images, fonts... etc).

These purchases will be reviewed and approved by the client before they are added to the final invoice.
Have all script for your print/digital design or web development project prepared prior to the start of your project.

Please proofread, spell check and grammar check all script to be used in your project prior to sending it to the designer.
Design fees are non refundable, if you’re not satisfied i will continue to work with you until you’re 100% satisfied.

If there is a problem with the printing or shipping of your product i will do my best to advocate on your behalf for compensation.

Please keep in mind that compensation is not always guaranteed.
