- Additional design elements are any elements the designer must purchase in order to complete the project (i.e clipart, stock images, fonts... etc).
- These purchases will be reviewed and approved by the client before they are added to the final invoice.
- The prices quoted are for the DESIGN ONLY.
- Printing is outsourced, additional charges will apply in the form of printing cost, shipping and sales taxes from the printer.
- Printing costs are determined by the quantity, style, quality and additional add ons you request to enhance your prints.
- Have all script for your project prepared prior to the start of design.
- Please proofread, spell check and grammar check all script to be used in your project prior to sending it to the designer.
- Design fees are non refundable, if you’re not satisfied we will continue to work with you until you’re 100% satisfied.
- If there is a problem with the printing or shipping of your product we will do my best to advocate on your behalf for compensation.
